1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), order details (the links and quantities you submit), wallet and payment records, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) used for security.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, process orders through our providers, handle payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support. We never ask for your social media passwords.

3. Payments

Card and mobile-money payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Order links are shared only with the upstream provider needed to fulfil the order.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) our SMM service providers, strictly to fulfil your orders; (b) payment processors; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your display preferences (currency, light/dark theme). No third-party advertising cookies are required to use the Service.

6. Data retention & your rights

We keep records for as long as your account is active or as required for legal/accounting purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing growth@twstudioz.com.
