By accessing or using GrowthMarket (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GrowthMarket is a reseller of social media marketing (SMM) services. We place orders on third-party networks on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify or any other platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).

3. Orders & Wallet

Orders are paid for from your prepaid wallet balance. Once an order is submitted to a provider it generally cannot be edited. Delivery speed and start times are estimates, not guarantees. You must only submit links you own or are authorised to promote, and your profile/content must be public for delivery.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the terms of the target platform. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion.

5. No guarantee of results

Social platforms change their systems frequently. We do not guarantee that delivered engagement will remain permanently, nor that your account will not be actioned by the platform. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any action taken against your account by a third-party platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
