Refund Policy

1. Wallet top-ups
Funds added to your GrowthMarket wallet are intended for purchasing services and are generally non-refundable to your original payment method. Wallet balance can be used on any service at any time.
2. Failed & cancelled orders
If an order fails or is cancelled before delivery, the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet. Partially delivered orders are refunded proportionally to the undelivered amount.
3. Refills
Where a service is marked “Refill”, drops within the guarantee window can be refilled free of charge from your order history. This is provided instead of a cash refund.
4. Not eligible
We cannot refund orders where: an incorrect or private link was supplied, the username/link was changed after ordering, the order has already completed, or the loss results from a platform action against your account.
5. How to request
Contact growth@twstudioz.com with your order ID within 7 days. We review each case fairly and respond as quickly as possible.
